It’s time for students to apply for student finance!
Our full-time undergraduate student finance applications for 2021 to 2022 are now open. The easiest way for new students to apply is online through the Student Finance Wales website. It should only take around 30 minutes.
Remember to tell continuing students that they’ll need to reapply for student finance, also through their online account.
You should encourage students to apply before the deadline to make sure their funding is ready for starting their course:
New students – 4 June
Returning students – 25 June
Students can apply for funding even if they don’t have a confirmed place on a course yet. They should give us the details of their preferred course and change it later if they need to.
Postgraduate and part-time undergraduate student finance applications will open in the summer.
