2024 to 2025: You can now apply for EMA and WGLG FE online!

Applying for EMA or WGLG FE in 2024 to 2025? You can now submit your application online, without having to fill out a paper form and posting it to us!

It only takes about 30 minutes to apply online, just create an account or sign in.

Information you need to give us when you apply

It helps to have some information handy when you’re applying:

• If you have a valid UK passport you’ll need to give us details from it, don’t worry if you don’t have one, you can send us other identity information instead
• Your bank account details
• If you live with your parents or guardians, we’ll need them to give us details about their income

If you’ve already sent us a paper application

There’s no need to apply online if you’ve already posted your application to us. We’ll process your paper one instead. Submitting a second one online could actually delay the paper one you’ve sent!
