Requesting alternative formats for letters, forms and guides

Braille

If you need any of our letters, forms or guides sent to you in braille, please email brailleandlargefonts@slc.co.uk with the following information:

• your name
• your address
• your Customer Reference Number
• what you require to be converted into braille

Large print

If you need large print versions of any of our letters, forms or guides, please email brailleandlargefonts@slc.co.uk with the following information:

• your name
• your address
• your Customer Reference Number
• what you require to be converted into large print
• the font size (e.g. 18pt) and the font type (e.g. Arial) that you need.
