How do I apply for student finance?

What if I’ve forgotten my password or login details?

If you can’t remember your password, secret answer or customer reference number, go to the Login page, click on Find out my login details and follow the instructions to get your login details.

When I try to login I get the message ‘Your account is locked’. What do I do?

To unlock your account you need to reset your password and secret answer. To do this, go to the Login page, click on Find out my login details and follow the instructions to reset your password and secret answer. You’ll be emailed new details which you can then use to log into your account.
