You will be asked for your password and secret answer before we can discuss your application for student finance. Your password and secret answer may be different from the ones you use to log in.

Locked out of your account? You can reset your details online without having to phone in.
Parents and partners of students - get permission first
The student needs to give us their permission before you can discuss their application for finance over the phone.
- Get consent to share the student’s information.
Keep your postal address and email up to date
If you move or change email address, you will miss the letters and emails we send out. Login to the online service to update these without calling in.
