When you are applying for your financial support from the Government, it is important to ensure that you and your sponsors (people who provide financial support for you, for example your parents or partner) ‘consent to share’ your information when prompted to do so on the application.
If your college or university is participating in the Welsh Bursary Scheme, you will be automatically assessed for the Welsh National Bursary. You may also be assessed for other bursaries or scholarships at your institution’s discretion.
If your college or university is not listed under the “Participating Colleges and Universities” list then you may wish to contact your place of study to enquire about any bursaries that they may be offering. You may want to visit this website again as more colleges and universities will be joining the scheme.
